The recruitment process at Kaumy SEE begins when we publish a job opening and the collect applications. After a review of the submitted CVs, the selection process continues according to the complexity of the position and level of responsibility.

The standard selection process
For positions such as field sales representatives and certain administrative roles, the process includes one round of interviews that last between 30 and 45 minutes.
The interview is conducted either in person or online, by an HR representative and the direct reporting manager.
Following the candidate evaluation, the selected candidate receives a formal job offer.

The extended selection process
For positions with a higher level of responsibility, the selection process is conducted in two rounds.
The first round includes an interview with HR and the direct manager, focusing on the candidate’s previous experience, achievements, market understanding and experience working with key customers.
Candidates who move on to the shortlist are given a business case assignment (such as market analysis, customer growth planning, sales improvement proposals, etc.), along with logical and psychological personality assessments.

The second round is held in person and includes the presentation of the assignment and a discussion about strategy, negotiating skills, and the candidate’s approach to managing customers or teams. At the end of the process, the selected candidates receive a written job offer.
